School Improvement Plan
Senior Leadership teams use a School Improvement Plan (SIP) as their main source of information to outline their strategic plans for the growth of their school. A school's stated principles will serve as the foundation for a school improvement plan, which outlines the steps and resources required to accomplish the goals.

School Improvement Plan Goals
Goal #1
K-2nd DIBELS Goal
Students in Kindergarten through 2 grade will improve their reading from 47% to 72% by spring of 2026 as measured on the DIBELS assessment.
Goal #2
3rd - 6th STAR Reading Goal
Students in 3 - 6 grade will improve their reading proficiency from 46% to 62% by spring of 2026 as measured on the DIBELS assessments.
3rd - 6th STAR MATH Goal
Students in 3 - 6 grade will improve their math proficiency from 32% to 58% by spring of 2026 as measured on the DIBELS assessments.

Aligned activities to support strategic goals
Professional learning for Tier 1 supports - Integrated MTSS team - Vertical Workspaces with
professional learning and on-site supports - Concurrent Arts program to add schedule flexibility - Utilize para supports to improve student access and achievement.
